Ethnic Cuisine GUTAB

One of the national cuisine of Azerbaijan is "gutab".

Gutab is the name given to crescent-shaped stuffed flatbreads, popular all over the country. The word is derived from the Azerbaijani word for a layer. There are many types of gutabs made with different stuffing. Some of them and the most famous are: 

* Meat gutab (served with sumach)
* Greens gutab (served with yogurt)
* Greens and curds (served with pepperidge and pomegranate)
* Garin gutab (served with pepperidge and pomegranate)
* Pumpkin gutab (served with pomegranate) 
* Potato gutab 
* Cheese gutab 
* Camel meat gutab
and etc.
