Ethnic Cuisine DOVGHA Yogurt and Herb Soup

Dovgha is a soup made from yogurt (katyk) and herbs. It can be served warm in Winter or as a refreshing cold soup in the Summer. A variety of herbs are used, e.g. coriander (cilantro), dill, mint, chervil. Mountain parsley, when available, also adds delicate flavour to a delicious soup. Some variations of this soup also includes chickpeas.
